MPCA is participating in this year's NAMI Walk!

NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is a non-profit agency dedicated to advocating for those with mental illness, and ensuring that communities provide enough services to support those in need. NAMI advocates for awareness, education and research. In Wisconsin, NAMI offers trainings, mentorships and supportive environments, such as the Grand Avenue Club.

This year's recipient of the Shriver Award was Milwaukee County Treasurer, Dan Diliberti (Chile, '69-'71). The award includes a $500 donation to a charitable  organization of the recipient's choice, and Mr. Diliberti chose NAMI.

Come join MPCA on the walk! Stay tuned for how to join the MPCA team, and if you're interested in donating to the event, you can find more information and pledge your support to Team Diliberti/Peace of Mind here. All proceeds will go to NAMI.
